NetPlanning
Net Planning is an online reservation tool created in order to reduce absenteeism. This tool enables the learner to directly access the teacher’s schedule and freely choose their preferred time slots. World Speaking also operates a six hour cancellation policy providing the learner with great flexibility during busy work periods.
The Pedagogical Team
The pedagogical team is composed of tutors who accompany the learner during the entire duration of their training. Their mission is to orient and help the learners in each step of their training program.
The tutors are also responsible for introducing the different training tools, respond to the learner’s questions, and intervene in case of difficulties (for example, to remind a learner to attend the lesson after an extended absence.)
